Meet Tracey

I bring years of experience in women’s and children’s health, with a background in OB/GYN, Pediatrics, NICU, Labor & Delivery, and the Mother-Baby Unit. My passion has always centered around supporting mothers, newborns, and growing families during life’s most transformative seasons.

I later became a board-certified autism specialist, deepening my ability to understand and support children on the spectrum and the families who love them.

I am committed to building trusting relationships with every family I serve and creating a safe and inclusive space where parents feel supported in their unique parenting choices.

As a wife, mother of seven, including twins, and grandmother, I bring not only professional expertise but real-life experience caring for newborns both in and out of hospital settings.

Our Why

As a mother, a compassionate healthcare worker, and a black woman, I knew I wanted to be there to support moms during some of their most vulnerable times, and to make sure our voices are heard.

  • "We are truly so grateful for all of the heart and expertise you have shared with us. Thank you for caring for our baby!”

  • "It was my first time having a Doula and it was quite the treat! If you are looking for a doula that does it all, even down to sleep training your baby, then look no further than Tracey! She is one of the sweetest people ever with a ton of experience to back it up!"
